Came for the Guangzhou Autoshow, the hotel is few stations away. In fact, few exhibitors stayed at the hotel as well. Nearest mall and Ikea are around 800 metres away but there are plenty of neighbourhood shops/restaurants/eatery at nearby streets. Hotel is starting to show its age but bedding are very comfortable. Service at reception, concierge, house-keeping and restaurant are superb, friendly and helpful as always. Look forward to next stay.

I stayed at this hotel during the Canton Fair, this hotel being new is very modern and has great facilities, the location is excellent, rather quiet, but very accessible. The hotel serves very nice breakfast but paid for separately. Very few of the staff speaks English, making communication a challenge sometimes. The hotel claims to offer shuttle buses to the Canton Fair, but they direct their patrons to the sister hotel, Marriott, which is behind the property, leading to unusually long line and wait to go to the Fair. Four Points should have their own buses for their patrons rather than combining with other hotels especially when there is grossly inadequate buses.

Despite not given a suite room upgrade , the normal room is decent enough and on second night , I was given an upgrade to a very spacious suite. Breakfast is a good spread though it is mainly Asian fare. What I like about the hotel is the indoor heated pool though it only opens at 9:30 am. Location wise it is close to a mall of about 15 mins walk with a good choices of restaurant.

Like a second home , I stay in the hotel previously for nearly 1 month and a half to follow a project in Guangzhou and now for a shorter stay. The hotel is very spacious and the room on "Sheraton standard". Gym well equipped and pool of a good size. Two restaurants : thevmain one with a la carte or buffet and one Chinese a la carte. Special mentioning for the draft beer at the bar: to try!!!!

My first time to China and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Guangzhou. The staff was extremely friendly, helped me with every question and gave me advice as to the sites to visit. The buffet both at breakfast and dinner is outstanding and offered at a reasonable price. The only drawback was the air conditioning system that appears to be controlled by management as to what time of day it operates...I can't be sure of this but the rooms temperature varied from day to night.
